At Hustle Hub Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used apparel items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
Personalized or custom items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@hustlehubshop.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions and address will be provided when you initiate your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@hustlehubshop.online and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hustlehubshop.online with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
